Executive Director: Daniel provides overall leadership for ADA’s programme strategy and development. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Management), a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Project Management) and a Master’s Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation.
Project Officer: Johnson supports project implementation and reporting across the programmes and focus areas (Communication for Development) of Anika Development Agency. He holds a Diploma Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology.
Project Officer: Anna Maneno leads projects implemented under the Gender Mainstreaming and Economic Empowerment programme. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and brings valuable expertise in policy and compliance at Anika Development Agency.
Operations Manager: Joseph oversees the day to day running of field and desk operations at Anika Development Agency. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Procurement and ensures that our programmes and projects are delivered smoothly and effectively.
Finance and Administrative Officer: Vicky manages the financial and administrative functions at Anika Development Agency. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and ensures that resources and office systems are well managed to support smooth project delivery.
Programmes Manager: Karaba manages and coordinates programme activities at Anika Development Agency. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Procurement and a Master’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, bringing strong expertise in programme design and delivery.
Projects Manager: Amnon manages project information systems, with a particular focus on technology integration and performance monitoring. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Computing and ensures projects deliver measurable and sustainable results.
Communications Officer: Bosco leads communications at Anika Agency, managing internal and external messaging, stakeholder engagement and public relations across all projects. He holds a Diploma in Communication and a Bachelor’s Degree in Leadership and Management.
Broadcast and Sound Engineer: Charles manages broadcast operations and sound engineering at our affiliate radio station, Access Radio 88.8 FM Yei. He ensures high quality audio production and seamless broadcasting for media programmes and community outreach initiatives of Anika Agency.
